Thanks for posting this, this looks like a great HIT workout that can help build muscle, get your cardio in and help burn fat, I think I may try this aswell, I know that I will fail but it will be good to test myself 💪🏼👍🏼🙏🏼

Most excellent, you're off to a great start! A couple things I would implement that, in my experience, has been helpful: 1. Move that platform you're standing on a bit further back behind the bar rather than directly beneath it. When you step off the platform, this will cause you to swing forward a bit and give you some momentum. Right when you begin to swing backwards, that is the time to pull. 2. Adjust your grip to where your knuckles face more forward rather than pointing upwards towards the ceiling. This will help make the transition up and around the bar easier. 3. Use a resistance band to help focus more on the technique of the movement. 4. Chest to bar pullups will help aid in building the explosive strength needed to get up and around the bar.

Dude i'd done 375 at like 184lb bodyweight and was not only proud of the weight, but that it was 2 times bodyweight. i am already proud of such a feat. but 365 at 135 that's not even a max haha WOW! XD oh, you hit your chest, right?the angle showed it as POSSIBLY too high, but I'm sure you kept it honest. What will your max attempt be for the meet?!
