That was better than I was expecting. Try with a closer grip, and better grip next time. You clearly got the strength, just lacking a little bit of technique. Keep it up! 💪🏻

Most excellent, you're off to a great start! A couple things I would implement that, in my experience, has been helpful: 1. Move that platform you're standing on a bit further back behind the bar rather than directly beneath it. When you step off the platform, this will cause you to swing forward a bit and give you some momentum. Right when you begin to swing backwards, that is the time to pull. 2. Adjust your grip to where your knuckles face more forward rather than pointing upwards towards the ceiling. This will help make the transition up and around the bar easier. 3. Use a resistance band to help focus more on the technique of the movement. 4. Chest to bar pullups will help aid in building the explosive strength needed to get up and around the bar.
