Preparing for negotiations is really good advice, because preparation means that you will be ready for any situation. That's why we at JetSoftPro, a software development service, always emphasize the technical part. Young startups have to convince investors with their idea, and that's the only way they can get the first funds.

Wow what an inspiring story. I was so touched when it came to telling us what you faced when Alex was 10, I was literally in tears. All power to you for accepting what life threw at you and finding that inner peace. Have peace negotiations with yourself, "Saying Chill out to yourself" , I will try and remember that.

That is the point. Investors want to be sure that you are the owner of the idea and this is only proven by providing an IP - Patent, copyright or trademark certificate

Well in reality, negotiation is about someone getting a better deal and making someone think they get a better/fair deal. When negotiating, no one negotiates at their own disadvantage (or getting less than the other party). 😅

As an entrepreneur preparing for a business pitch I loved this presentation but part of me also say "this should be classified" lest the hostage taker learns our methods and techniques 😂
This is a very impressive speech I think I have a better understanding of what a Business Negotiation can be. As a woman I rely a lot on feelings and energy and this helped me direct the perception of energy and feelings in a purposeful way.

I would think that if this occurs (most likely not by accident) from your "opponent" across the table. Ask for a 5-10min break, cool off to think about the incident and either come back to the negotiations or walk away from the table.

Yes That was American Govt did, think calmly , not get emotional, and start war in Ukraine. A proxy war. Now I have to be careful when people tell me that. Like a scorpion kind of tactics.

Great seminar, I was shocked no one mentioned planning or standards of operations. If you write or graph a good plan well that makes the pitch easier to explain, numbers never lie. I love math, it’s honest and never wrong.
