Lifting also kills your cardio, theres a lovely sweet spot where fitness and weight training sit side by side. And your right on the money mate 👌 I always wanted to be big, like Jay Cutler, and I tried, and failed, and now I'm a diabetic mess and just wish I could run the length of my body without stopping or feeling like I'm gonna die. 😂

I want to try this one but i have work as a Hemodialysis nurse 11hrs a day 5 days a week. i can only do 60mins of workout and a lot of times i cant still recover so well from all the activities.

Bought some asics today for £110 , I’m 100kg and have pretty fair amount of muscle but I have double the fat, starting my running tomorrow for the first time properly, hopefully it goes well

Hey Tommy - Peter here from South Africa. We have just started the hyrox training and have 2 races booked for this year. I am starting to build up my running and I would like to know how to prevent shin splints and the best way to work with fatigue as we are doing 2 sessions a day now so the legs get very tired.
