Hi Anryax, QUESTION: With Artlist, if I buy a whole year, then within that time I make two SHORTS, and I decide to cancel the account, will I still be able to use the AUDIOS and effects I paid for after not having the account? thanks...

Guys, My name is JC. I am from South Africa. I discovered your channel two hours ago searching for ideas for building our new studio. This is an incredible channel. ❤ I am hooked. May I ask you one question if I may? What is the length, width and height of your main shooting space? I suppose the width is 5m as that is the Cyclorama width?

I9 is the best CPU, no Defects. The I9 CPU form factor is the same CPU as the I7, I6, I5, I3 Etc. the only Difference is the lower you go the more Defects the chip has and rated accordingly. So, the Performance Suffers more on the lower chips. This is According to the chipmaker.

What’s that device mounted on top of the camera? Is it a DJI Ronin accessory for video transmission? Thanks and thank you for uploading the video. Great work

Wow! This all is pretty badass! I've taken stage and set design in college. I'm loving how everyone contributed to this project. Love seeing the creative process behind the scenes. As a visual artist it's fun seeing all of the visual models and the way you went about filming it all. Great job! You've given me insight on how I can film a short film I have too.

Proxies are your friend!! The FX3 and FX6 make in camera proxies, and with Davinci linking the proxies automatically, it is a seemless workflow.

Love iFootage gear. I have plenty of it in my studio. But I find this hard to justify when using even my iPhone in pro res and an inexpensive gimbal style mount for overall less dough and aggro (providing one already has the iPhone). I suppose if you have a movie camera already then ok, it is likely a nice tool.

Very instructive ... and nice result !! If I got you right, as you placed markers on the green screen, you didn't rely on the tracking datas from Lightcraft (syntheyes to avoids slippering issus) but used it mainly for realtime compositing or the tracking was a hybrid solution (syntheyes and lightcraft) ? Is the hdmi connection of the fx3 as reliable/quick as the sdi from C300 from the lightcraft perspective ?

In the free version, Can we shoot the footage in 4k on blackmagic? and does the phone record 1080p simultaneously while shooting in 4k on the camera? And does 24fps actual footage sync tracking data with 30fps iphone footage? Please respond, these questions are really making my tired....

Brilliant! Brings back so many memories from The Camera Hack. I remember how awesome that project was and all the good BTS. A film School just watching it. The scene you shot looks great. THe Wireless Intercom would be amazing to use. Love how little stuff you brought to the shoot and still got the results you did 🙂

as someone who doesnt a own a single piece of lighting geat , whats the smallest light i should consider for both indoor and outdoor work ? 150w enough ( i guess thats the highest i can get battery powered ) or should i pony up for a 300w and figure out how do i power that thing. i will get some small ameran ace 25Cs for ambient lighting either way for indoor shots

Show, don’t tell. There is too much exposition in your script, which A) doesn’t trust viewers, and B) is boring and stupid: presumably, the agent in the scene already knows who he is looking for. Does he really need a recap from VO? No. Avoid exposition.

Another line that sticks out like a sore thumb (there are more) is “Do you know what brand of camera it is?”. Well. He’s in a wasteland, looking for a camera. In that setting, any camera at all would not likely be disregarded for brand name, yes? “Oh, here’s a Sony”. (VO) “That’s not the right one. Keep looking, stupid”. “Ok. I think I see… yes, it’s a Fuji…” (VO) “Wrong again, numbnuts. Keep looking”. 😂

I wil largue they did that becuase most vewsers might not have seen the camera hack so theexposition is needed for them to understand the complex story and world, and as it is just a short "teaser" I think it worked great, remember- they shot it in only a few hours. But I generally agree with you on that in short films.

This scene is both connected to the full first movie and the one that we are aiming at making. So when you have seen the first movie, and you get to know the character more in the next one, you will understand the dialogue and why he is saying this stuff ;) That’s also why I mentioned in the BTS that we made a scene that our long term subscribers (most likely have seen The Camera Hack 1) would be excited about.

IF only I found this video before I bought my PC 1 montth ago... I got 4090 and I struggle to make it work well and based on your chart I could have saved quite a lot by just going with 4080. 1 thing I can say - HP Pre-built sucks. It blocks my power mode and limits the perfomance of my PC. It's not even using 100% of anything during render and it's super quiet.

What's the difference between using 1200x light with 2% and using 300w light on 40-50, to get the same result, does it give you any difference?

@ I’ve seen in a lot of videos that for ambient moonlight people use strong lamps and the only explanation I have is to put it waaaay far away from the location to get softer direct light, and not lose a lot of light in the way to the set but in some cases I’ve seen it’s just an overkill! Thx for answer 🙏🏻
