Fun fact in the story board for this episode GER saved Giorno's life when his Shadow Self was killed by preventing mental shutdown instead Giorno underwent a change of heart, canceled a planned flight to Florida to focus on reforming Passione properly however this also prevented him from helping Jotaro and Jolyne so Joker essentially is responsible for ensuring the Universe being reset at least in Death Battle's continuity also I think that because of how the fighting works in Persona 5 this would be the first Death Battle where the loser technically didn't die.

The next fight is a super debatable one. Bowser has utterly insane durability and a plethra of useful minions and magic, but Eggman has an laundry list of hax and versitale robots. It could reasonably go either way.
