Fun fact about the next matchup: This will be a modern revisit of the two with how much Death battle has grown (akin to the Sonic vs Mario revisit) and according to a tweet from Ben Singer, they will be including materials from Dragon Ball Heroes and Infinite Frontier.

i think the best way to describe the diconamy between this two: rick thinks his a god but doctor is a god that wants to be a good man. if rick really was as *him* as he thought he was they wouldn't have needed to wall off ever universe where he wasn't the smartest. he's a basement king.

The Doctor is a pacifist and tries to avoid conflict as much as possible, but if push comes to shove or if you try to hurt him or his friends, his enemies would probably wish they never met him because sometimes he gives them punishments worse than death. Other times, like in this fight, he is able to outsmart his opponent and eventually get their efforts to backfire on them "Brother: He never raised his voice. That was the worst thing. Even though I'm not a fan of either it's no surprise that the Doctor won cause Doctor Who has been doing what Rick has for much longer & on an arguable larger scale. Anyway about next time they did confirm they'll be using Heroes/Xeno for Goku & Infinite Frontier for Superman. Which honestly doesn't really help Goku since Infinite Frontier is basically every Superman smashed together into one every version from all the way back in the Golden Age going all the way to Rebirth.

My 3rd favourite in this season so far!! Sad that rick lost but I understand, though he didn't actually die, this isn't a *death* battle, doctor who only just beat him fun fact, rick is just a forgotten ghost now, all he has to do is rebuild his friendships, and you know him, he is definitley going to work out a new body for himself, he's literally still alive lol Another fun fact is there were a LOT of cameos somewhere around 3:01, check the cafeteria below dr who there, and there was bill cipher, obviously! (The fact that guts is still standing in that cameo though, maybe dimitri did save his soul, wow) Oh yeah, I WAS WAITING FOR YOUR REACTION TO THE NEXT TIME LOL! I actually called it! I KNEW Superman vs Goku 3 was gonna be a thing this season! Freaking predicted!! Though I don't get two things...one, they proved he can never beat him, why do it? Isn't it pointless..? Hopefully they don't contradict themseleves...and two, why didnt they just put goku in another matchup? He had a lot thrown around, and he deserves an accurate W, not this..I'd have liked saitama vs goku a lot more but tbh I'm SO DOWN for another one! Even though I love goku..Still going with superman, cause uh..yk, though I feel like they'll somehow give Goku the win by contradicting themseleves, cause they literally said it's pointless, so why do it again? Truth be told, I would've been so salty is Rick did win, cause how I see it, Rick should and never will win, Death Battle held back a lot of information about the doctor (probably its because there's so much, 60 years of it), But enough of that, I really enjoyed this fight, especially the track, over 9/10, and the next time is...interesting.

The match was quite close between Rick and the doctor and which was entertaining, as for the next one, it's likely a recycled episode, and from what I heard about DBS (Dragon ball super) is coming to the end which likely means they now decided to make their move to finally make a final part of fan war which means it's going to possibly be the most entertaining final debates in death battle history
