Since there is suppose to be ice on Mars caps why are we not landing there?

In the 2:26 min. footage, I can see tyre marks, to have that must be humidity. Any chance to have same clear images from Moon?

So, where did the water go?
@PracticalPlanetКүн бұрын
@jimakin3541: Almost all water on Mars today exists as ice, though it also exists in small quantities as vapour in the atmosphere, While most water ice is Buried. Additionally, water ice is also visible at the surface of the north polar ice cap. Abundant water ice is also present beneath the permanent carbon dioxide ice cap at the Martian south pole. More than 5 million km³ of ice have been detected at or near the surface of Mars, enough to cover the whole planet to a depth of 35 meters. Even more ice might be locked away in the deep subsurface. No evidence of present-day liquid water has been discovered on the planet's surface because under typical Martian conditions (water vapour pressure <1 Pa and ambient atmospheric pressure ~700 Pa). Thanks and stay tuned for more 👍❤️

Just before the words "Rippled Textures" a very rounded edge rock is shown on the far right side of the screen mid way up @ about the 5:35 minute mark. This also looks just like a terrestrial rocks that have been exposed to water rounding. These rocks are found in almost all stream beds and lake shores here on Earth.

Thanks for sharing your observations. 👍❤️❤️

The rippling is more likely caused by wind over the millions of years the land has been exposed. If you look at the rock out crops that appear thin and flakey and positioned close to the ripples you can run a simulation on how the various wind speed and direction can cause these effects. This doesn't mean Mars never had water. I just question however is modeling mars climate has any experience with a dry planet with minimal atmosphere. Even Ai will tell you based on all current evidence, Mars was a mining planet colonized by a pre-human earth culture. After that civilizations collapse on Earth, those on Mars where left to fend for themselves. The one ship left on Mars was fought over by the colonists before it was launched back to earth. Those that finally made their way back to Earth brought swag bags full of building instructions and how to brew beer.

Nope. This is an alien 'earth' about 140 million miles away. Get used to the reality of that.

@@apolloskyfacer5842 I got used to it even more when I saw a flat earth video for the first time and realised that there is a small group of people who think that they don't need to learn in order to know/understand... I would like to have this "ability" too. The only thing that they've taught me is that they always somehow fail and accidentally prove earth's curvature and/or earth's rotation. But they will never admit it. These woke people are like a cancer of humanity... at least it is not "metastasing".
