Yes, and it does something to me every time I see it. I can't figure out why I love it so much. I suppose a lot of folks might look at it and think, it's just a bunch of dust & rock on a dead planet. I see it and wonder why I wish I could wander around on it, just to take it all in. Then there's the thought of finding signs of past life on it. Every time a new video pops up, it's like an E Ticket ride for me!

A lot are worried about the extreme radiation people will receive. Huge sandstorm are another problem, as is the temperature. But I'd go if given the chance.

Your first note should read: "These varying strata appear to find their origin in a high-energy stream or river." Third note could be: "Crater walls nearest the rim can offer a glimpse into the composition of various strata."

Amazing to think that if you could go back in time by hundreds of millions of years, before the Dinosaurs, that the scenes we see here would be nearly identical. About the only changes would be wind driven sand and the likelihood that the sand would, over hundreds of millions of years, round the rocks and boulders a bit.

@fonebonedon: The colors of the panorama have been adjusted to match the day time lighting conditions on Earth. 🤔 This makes it easy to identify the surface materials and provides easy viewing as we know there is less sunlight on Mars. Thanks ❤️

Lost most atmosphere when lost magnetic field as planet cooled quicker being smaller than Earth. Same will happen to Earth when we eventually lost our magnetic field when core cools

These images show the Rover in the midst of some incredibly rough terrain. With it small 20" aluminum wheels with minimal tread, can somebody tell me how it manages to traverse over or through the sharp rocks, boulers and loose sand?,,, and level the body up to take what seems to be videos with a camara perfectly level.

all other footage at the distance and beyond of the pyramid is in high definition, giving the impression of a simulated landscape...However, focus becomes lost in area of the pyramid. Places doubt on the footage.

Температура на Марсе от -80 до +30 градусов по Цельсию. ------ На Марсе плотная, не разреженная атмосфера (поэтому вертолет летает и при приземлении работают парашюты). Там небо голубое (а если бы была разреженная атмосфера, как у нас на Земле на высоте 20 км (как утверждает НАСА)... то небо Марса было бы черным и звезды были бы видны. -------- Марс, по сути, является близнецом Земли во многих отношениях. НАСА отправляет марсоходы в самые безлюдные места планеты Марс. Именно поэтому марсоходы показывают пустыню, ведь, судя по всему, марсоходам разрешили ездить только по пустыне. Однако и здесь, в этих пустынях, есть артефакты. -------- Многое о жизни на Марсе ранее было показано на снимках марсоходов и со спутников, которые постоянно летают вокруг Марса.
