I'm a birdwatcher and love fishing, unfortunately there's a demographic, not necessarily birdwatchers - that's generalising too much - but more like elitist hippies who love to go round making people feel bad for many innocent things. What they tend to forget is once upon a time they didn't know x or y was a damaging or bad thing so why they get on their indignant high horses is beyond me but is probably due to an anxiety about a greater problem/bigger issue i.e the state of wildlife in the UK which is if you listen to the people who study and care about it, mostly at it's lowest ebb ever. Don't listen to those people who tell you it's a load of woke nonsense because I bet if you asked them to write a page of A4 about it they would struggle with even a heading. The common enemy who are shitting on all of us and wildlife are the toffs, millionaires and billionaires, the same arseholes who left this country in a shite expensive-to-live-in state. Don't ever vote for those sociopaths again, they've filled our rivers with shit, cost us £100billion for HS2 and £150 billion for Brexit. Have gone off on a tangent and sorry to get political but even though the elitist hippies are obviously twats they mean well and leaning slightly left is the lesser of two evils so to speak. Great fishing and commentary by the way Mark, love it all, keep going. Small rivers is the place to be.

Cracking Tench Mark,it just goes to show your baiting technique etc... is certainly drawing them in and your chosen hook bait is a definite winner 👍👍👍 It might be an idea to demonstrate how to air inject worms properly and warn people of the dangers of it all....one bit of carelessness could mean something deadly serious !!!
