The identikit cliched Daily Mail “punks” were out in force all looking the same, not realising they were the antithesis of what the had been about - it was two years dead when this was filmed.

You idiot, that neighborhood was rife with prostitution and drugs looooong before the Power Exchange moved in. Good job scapegoating, though. You could run for office with skills like that.

Here we go rocking down the West London motorway And on your left you'll see the tower blocks Built in 1963 With hard cash payments from the GLC And over there you'll see Westbourne Park You don't wanna go there When it gets dark London's burning!

So you have enough time to make videos of this shit? There is never going to be anything different about this situation other than the people involved. Should have moved to the Richmond or Sunset district if you didn't like what was going on there. It's pretty apparent that that was happening when you moved in. It's not going to stop. The cops have bigger problems to deal with, so get used to the crackheads and meth addicts doing their thing. Or you can always get the fuck out of SF and go wherever the fuck you came from.

thank you for this, and to all the idiots blaming the renters for daring to want sleep, know that there are many large cities with noise ordinances preventing operation of garbage trucks at night. They have even jailed a garbage man who was a repeat offender. So the "let them do their job" comment is stupid. P.S. I live in the back of the building and still have these issues so STFU!

Unfortunately most are drug addicts, alcoholics or mentally impaired but it's what happens in any major city in the world, unless you want to live in Texas where the Police run them out of town with beatings & other violent methods. I have to say, it's not an option for that kind of treatment in my opinion. I moved here in 1991 from Dallas,TX and I never really had the experience of homeless people until I moved here but after spending the first few years renting in the Tenderloin (because it was all I could afford) my view softened a little.Yes they are disgusting, perverted, inconsiderate and loud but they are still human beings. If I wanted it to change I'd just continue to call for the police continuously until perhaps they would disappear, even if it took years.
