Where Is The Permit?!

OMG! It's the end of the world!! lol Ya, i would rather listen to the neighbors dog bark all night and lose many hours of sleep. Maybe there should be a permit for that. While in that process there should be a permit for birds chirping in the morning and a permit for sirens from emergencies. Maybe everyone should get a permit to breath, eat and sleep??
