I like this laws if things get shitty I always use them, otherwise I go extra rations to speed up healing if there is not enough place, and children’s helping by medical facilities which giving boost to recovery almost the same as organ transplants.

I know it's been a few months but I have to say it. The workers are really crappy no matter how you slice it. You risk resources and falling behind on life saving generators to save them and even the efficiency of the generators. You give them the best you can with a bath house, comfortable quarters, hearty meals, short shifts, etc. And they have the sheer audacity to say it's not good enough and they want change. They really are thankless and they do realize if you got fired the next boss may end up replacing them with prisoners, or do executions to get them back to work. You're literally their best option for a boss

When you were at Tesla City you decided not to risk people, awl for Tesla City it’s imperative you do. I don’t know the chances but there’s I think a 50/50 that they will live or die, but both ways you gain the Steam Core outpost. Which is the only other way to get steam cores

You can use raised belts to throw stuff into the void, same for any cross-platform jump point.

My rankings: Child Labor: safe jobs: Comes in clutch in harder runs where you have bad luck with survivors in the frostland, they cover the massive labour cost of stean coal thumpers pretty 1:1 a lot of the time. Their negative events are never really an issue. But they are semi situational. Solid upper B tier. Child Labour: All Jobs I have never used this one beyond Winterhome, which fits, as it's the only scenario where it might be useful. Maybe on the edge? Also the fact they might die, makes them unstable. Only useful, situationally, in one stage during Fall of Winterhome. D Tier Emergency Shift and Extended Shift: Necessary Tier. Always sign these. Cemetery and it's line: Never signed this beyond it's equivalent in The Last Autumn, where it is actually useful. (And On the Edge) D Tier. Snow Pit: Organ Transplants and fertilizer are too good to miss. Low S tier. Sustain Life: never used this personally, cannot give my opinion. Radical Treatment: A tier. Not alot to say here. Overcrowding: S tier. It just is a 2x upgrade for all medical posts for absolutely free. Rations: again, never used. Triage: situational B tier. When it's useful it's an actual run saver, and it's good in Builders mode. Care Houses: you sign this to get Prosthetics. C tier. Prosthetics: A tier. It's just nice to have. Soup: A tier. Allows you to delay building a food source by a little while, and great for stockpiling food in A New Home for the storm, and The last Autumn for the icebreaker stage. I always sign this personally. Sawdust: never have used.

dude you are so bad at this game. there is no point in doing tear list, if you don't know how to play at all

man you need sawmills in the beginning, and get your harbors collecting steel & fish straight away, you can collect more than enough wood from the trees surrounding and more than enough coal from burning your wood and the mines at the back. You need an unbelievable amount of steel for literally everything while building that generator. And food needs to be stocked up, because there's literally no other way to get it once the freeze happens.

at 1:39:30 i really thought he was gonna fix his raw food storage problem, but no, the never full steel storage gets upgraded instead :)
