I notice the toodler bed next to your bed bc it's the exact bed next to mine. Is yours also used for clean, folded clothes or does he actully sleep with you? Also, your locs are beautiful. I'm on it!

I’ve explained in one of my videos. Once my Locs started to fully mature they started to get too thick for my liking. I could not wear my locs in certain styles because of the thickness. But you never know something unless you try it🤷🏽‍♀️. I also started to miss my loose natural hair and wanted it back. If I ever Loc my hair again I would for sure do them much smaller. Life is all about trying and experiencing new things, I wanted to get locs to see if they were for me and I wouldn’t have known until I tried. Everything on this earth is temporary, holding on to things and staying attached to everything is unhealthy. God bless🩷

Also, I’m discovering your channel because I wanted to see what two strand locs would look like after sometime and we have the same texture so thank you for putting that out there cause that just help me make a decision for myself. I’m a single mom too, and I’m going through something right now as I’m writing this and I can relate on so many levels about things you’ve talked about yes relationship wise yada yada yada but like your energy wise. I want you to know that I see you and I see how strong you’re are, you’re literally a version of womanhood that women inspired to be. You are out here opening snacks to make sure that your son is good while at the same time taking care of yourself and girl that is a hard thing to balance. Now that I found you I can get some tips on how to start this loc journey for myself. I’m bout to go check out your page out to see how you maintain your locks in the beginning.

4:57 when I have my locks, I totally could relate to the ponytail awkwardness. Normally, I would arrange individual locks in the right direction in my ponytail, if you wanted to give that a try. it looks like pig tails would look really good on you

Thats crocheting not loc smithing. Its been around since 1989 you only use your hand. I have you same similar hair

@LocdinTheWay-333 5 ай бұрын
That crocheting is the instaloc method. I used that method. My daughter has micro braid locs. Loc smithing is a one handed method of palm rolling. Hope this helps

Your locs are beautiful so smile and relax about them. Just a heads up also. Don't keep reporting or fixing your part by popping your hair loose. Just let the parts be because you will start causing the locs to thin out if you do.

I’ve never been nosy before on KZbin like this but what does asking height have to to do with this woman’s video? This sounds like a strange question!
@AfrocenteredLife
@AfrocenteredLife 5 ай бұрын
@@AnandaMonea Ananda please be careful on social media. People asking height is an inappropriate question for your video. I hope you are doing better from when you posted these videos. A lot of people appreciate your sincerity on how you are feeling because many of us are going through it Or especially as I can see you have a toddler. After having my 2nd son I was not myself for 2.5 years. Could have had a touch of postpartum. Life is up and down but recognizing your feelings is a good thing and analyzing your feelings is good as well. You’ll be ok. Reach out to people that you trust and people that are evidently living a positive life for advice, also GOD.

Mama, if I could, I'd give you a big hug. How you're describing your mood, that's how I felt on birth control. Constant pms. My doctor said it was PMDD, but I ended up having other issues and my "pmdd" isn't applicable anymore. I hope a year later you are in a better place mentally. You're strong. You got this. ❤
