Your Loc’s are coming along nicely. I really like them. Btw, loc smithing is when you twist the hair from the root, then you place the palm of your hand under your loc, then roll with your thumb & the palm of your hand. The tool is used for crocheting hair into each other to form a loc. so you’ve actually been crocheting your Loc’s. Either way, they look nice. I’ll be 8 months on the 14th. Watching them mature is so fascinating.

Thats crocheting not loc smithing. Its been around since 1989 you only use your hand. I have you same similar hair

That crocheting is the instaloc method. I used that method. My daughter has micro braid locs. Loc smithing is a one handed method of palm rolling. Hope this helps

Your locs are beautiful so smile and relax about them. Just a heads up also. Don't keep reporting or fixing your part by popping your hair loose. Just let the parts be because you will start causing the locs to thin out if you do.
