I was there with my Dad 14 years old .. Newcastle supporters did big pitch invasion , think Gaza got there consolation , colin foster got forest 1st..❤

Every time I see this game when Newcastle score there seems to be more Geordies in the Burnley end than what I originally thought. One of the best days I experienced watching Newcastle but it was a hard watch.

This popped up on my feed and I had to watch Speedie's header, I'm biased but it's the best I've ever seen. Such an important win when everything was going wrong. Rovers have a lot to thank Speedie and a few others that season. I saw 16 away games that season and the only one we won was the important one at Wembley. In my top 2 seasons of supporting Rovers.

Went to this game as a SAFC fan with my Mag mates, just got in when Mira scored, didn’t see my pals again until half time, ended up middle of the corner 🤣

What a day we took over everywhere we went back then and was beautiful to be a part of, loved keegan the whole journey we had with him was something else we had no luck at all like but thats the way it fell. Great times that i dont think many other fans from other clubs could understand, we didnt really care about winning anything we just didnt want the journey to end NUFC

Was at that game,a real smash and grab draw by Newcastle how that penalty was given was beyond a joke never a penalty in a million years,thankfully gazza realised that also.Dominated by arsenal but we couldn’t get the 2nd,then Goddard equalised a decent striker was Goddard who loved scoring at Highbury unfortunately.
