U have pin pointed the exact situation but as a investor in psx my self, i don't see huge people coming to join psx business. Coz Pakistani people don't have much knowledge about financial markets, that's why some of them often get stuck into penny shares rather than studying the market dynamics properly and then initiate. But yes property satta has ended up and infact DHA and CDA r the only reliable players now. So their real property will boom specially small plots. #Dha valley.

Please include the following in your analysis. 1) Are people still constructing houses for investment/ renting out purposes? 2) What sort of house sizes are in vogue? 3) Are people still waiting for prices to stabilise before they start construction? 4) What has been the impact of construction cost escalation on overseas Pakistanis since they earn in foreign currency? Have their construction trends been affected by any other factors? 5) Where do you see construction cost heading in the future? Will there be any major increase? 6) When can we possibly see a construction boom in DHA 5, 6, 7, 4 etc. TIA!
