They usually put pimple or anti at backhand side.. so, if you dont understand the effect of that rubber, just put direction of the ball on their forehand side

The anti spinners and long and short pips could have their own League. Its very boring game to watch also for the public. And the players that use it compensate their own lack of skill in ordinary table tennis.

Really enjoyed watching that. Over the summer I decided to play hardbat for fun and decided to stick with it. First match in the new season of local league and i cane up against an anti-spin player and made it hard work 😂

Hi Andre saya sudah pakai scooper defence dengan sisi forhand spinfire 2.1mm, enak sekali kontrolnya. Untuk sisi backhand saya tertarik dengan antispin, antara ESP & TTR Killer lebih bagus mana dan sponge ukuran berapa yang cocok? Terima kasih

Se trovi la gommapiuma originale troppo veloce allora ha senso cambiarla per qualcosa di più lento. La piuma grigia della 2 PRO é parecchio reattiva.

I really like the shape of your paddle, it makes maximum use of the rubber and hitting area. Every TT club should have an anti/longpips player that can train others.

It was actually a close match, given the scores. Exciting to watch! I had recently been intrigued by the thought of using anti or long pips and cause confusion to the opponent. But now I'm also intrigued about acquiring the skill to read balls coming from anti/long. TT is such an intense sport, it's both physically and mentally demanding.

Anti spin usually creates more spin reversal and has better defense/control while long pimps have more attacking options

Fantastic video! After 20 years of normal rubbers, I switched to antispin (because my backhand sucks so the idea is to prepare the FH) and I am having the time of my life. Have never had this much fun with table tennis - especially since I can also sometimes twiddle and confuse my opponents! HAvne't yet played an official match, but have a tournament on Sunday and I hope to get at least one highlight similar to yours :) Thanks for the videos, they are great inspiration

Thanks for your videos and matches always nice to watch. I want to change my ox long pips , because I have tried afew days ago dr materialspezialist beast , but it is not more allowed. Super gl anti black seems to be great , with my ox long pips i am able to twiddle and attack with it on forehand . I want to disturb more with the anti , I stay ag the table . So my question is : dr neubauer abs 3 1,5 or super gl anti black ? Thanks for help

Ciao! La ABS 2 (e tutte le sue versioni EVO, PRO) hanno un miglior ritorno dello spin avversario rispetto alla ABS 3. La ABS 3 in compenso è molto più facile da utilizzare

Hello Andrea! I am a big fan of your content and playing style, and thought I would also give antispin a try. What antispin rubber would you recommand to me? I am normally an attacking player and have been playing for 6 years now, with mainly my forehand as a weapon. I have pretty good feeling for my level, but a slow reaction speed. I dont want to buy a new blade, but I have 3 blades to choose from. Viscaria, xiom offensive S and Stiga classic wood. What antispin rubber and in what thickness would you recommand me to try out first? I want good control since I’m a beginner in that style, but I also want the strong reversal effect. Thank you in advance 😊

Hello! 🙂 Of the anti's I have tried, I would recommend either the Dr. Neubauer A-B-S 3 (2.0mm) or the Spinlab Vortex 2 (pink sponge 2.3mm). These have the best possible control and are perfect to start with. I recommend trying them on your Viscaria. 😉

@@AndreaAschi hello! I have tried the A-B-S 3 2.0mm on my viscaria for a few weeks now, but I do not seem to get any good reversal on my blocks. When my opponent loops and I block them back the backspin is minimal, or its no spin returned to them, so they can attack easely. Do you have any tips on how to increase the reversal? Is anticlean necessary?

Sicuramente c'è tanto marketing dietro però devo ammettere che lo cybershape è il miglior telaio che ho provato. Pur essendo molto veloce mantiene un controllo e una sensibilità eccezionale su gioco aperto. Mi è piaciuto meno su palla tagliata e servizi. E "problema" non da poco dato il mio stile...non l'ho trovato ideale per un gioco con anti. Se no mi sarei convertito già da tempo!

Il Viscaria ha gli strati di carbonio sull'esterno se ricordo bene. L'avevo provato un'oretta e mi aveva dato la sensazione di essere più rigido e di riuscire a far girare di più la palla rispetto allo Stiga. A livello di velocità molto simili. Come feeling meglio lo Cybershape.
