Kept a journal on how I feel doing it and I feel my best going a month then having a period of (3 days) where I freely release then starting over again for another month. True, if you are already blessed with attractive features you will get a lot of attention even if you are a wanker. That is exactly why a lot of men (boys I should say) who fall for the same old speel of "SR will make you glow" "SR will make you magnetic" blah blah, but do not 1. do it long enough to use its energy to make substantial changes to themselves to become the most physically attractive version of themselves 2. Are already (as I said above) not that attractive to begin with so will always be ignored by the superficial crowds which are mostly prevalent in society. And then they say SR is hokum. As if it was ever meant to get you attraction from a 10/10 physically pretty but super conditioned shallow woman if you yourself are a a 5, 6, 7, heck even an 8 or 9 but with a few small niggles like maybe a shorter stature or whatever. SR will definitely get you attention tho! Yes, now I am suddenly flipping it around but hear me out. Firstly, most of that attention will be out of curiosity and not necessarily attraction from a woman cause she just wants to have sex with you. Secondly, it will be hatered, jealousy, and a pretending to be indifferent but giving off a clear stink of attention kind of attention which you can sense on SR, especially on longer streaks and after experience with many broken streaks too. And this second kind of attention also comes from men. Many men will obviously have respect for you too, they will somehow have the humility to admit their own lower level and want to imbibe some positive influence from you. Or they will be at a similar or higher level where there will be no animosity. Overall, my experience has been that: the longer I go (not just on one streak) but on the whole path of just trying my best, I get more attention from kids, moms, and old people. A lot of men are very shallow, so they stare (especially since I am in India where this is a trait of people) and its mostly curiosity or else the typical domineering attitude which is clearly backed by nothing. Younger women, Late teens and early twenties women, the attentiom from them honestly, has been the same level as it has always been in my whole life. Meaning that I get enough of it (being slightly above average in conventional attractiveness, if I may say so myself). But like I alluded to already, many of these younger women are trying too hard to put on a act and playing hard to get. Plus society has put them on a unfair pedestal, so in general I see them pretending to not care more than I feel is normal. But who cares, the ones who do this are superficial anyway. A mate of mine also on SR, made an interesting observation. He outline the fact that much of the energy we need in this realm is provided by the SUN. The Sun and certain frequencies are needed for us to function at our best. In my opinion, there are two main factors that make a person attractive. The first is that they are their own source of well-being. They are satisfied, happy, and fulfilled on their own. i once had 7-8 year old dreads, and since have had many haircuts, i didnt notice much of a difference in this regard, i too have read and seen these things on natives and used to look into the importance of hair growth etc. im pretty sensitive to bodily changes, and meditate frequently/have a spiritual practice, it didnt seem to change much for me on a direct experience level. if anything its more mental, like maybe an intensification of ego persay if now you deem yourself more attractive with shorter hair so you may start edging more etc. but like spiritual intuitiveness didnt seem to change any

Yes and thats what i did....After 30-50 days of experiencing the benefits of semen retention, doubts crept into my mind. I began researching the negative aspects, such as prostate cancer, less control over lust and increased anxiety, which made me feel scared and eventually led to a relapse then start retantion again and so on.

I'd argue that while both are a "waste" of energy. Whacking off is more addictive and more likely to blind you to its dark side. Restless mental energy will lead to some heavy emotions and chaotic life circumstances that may be easier to glean wisdom from? Both certainly provide plenty of opportunity to understand life better and then evolve. But people also need a certain level of realization to be using whacking off or a restless mind for these purposes.

I find the frame of relapse to not be helpful. Think about SR as energy conservation. Pay attention to whether or not you feel you lost energy. Streaks and relapse frame of mind is good food for your ego. Energy conservation is good food for your essence.

For those who are ready, the astral realm is not boring. I personally needed to transcend boredom before I could enter the astral consciously. As for blurry vs clear. This is dependant on the strength of your connection to the astral realm. The realm may appear blurry initially, but become clearer when you stabilize in your connection.
