Genpact me bhi yahi chal raha hai. Par haan, cognizant is worst than genpact. Genpact pays u less but it always gives u second chance to prove urself so that they don't terminate u or make u resign. Par jahaan jahaan ye tamil waale rehte hain bas dusre tamil waalo ko hi favour karte hain. Mera performance sabse behtar hone ke baavjood khaamiyaan dikhaakar tamil waalo ko promotion de dete hain. Isliye maine khud se chhod di. 2 mahine se berozgaar hoon. PF ke paise udaa rahaa hoon. Khatam hone tak aur ek company me lag jaaunga.

Hi bro, I gave my hr round on 21 Nov and they offered me 10.5 LPA , I asked them for 11 and they Tell me I will try, hr also gave me some info to copy on my notepad such as designation, job level, info about variable pay and duration of probation period but she said don't consider this as your final selection. After the fight with my boss they gave me year end review low and put me on PIP i reject and resigned from the job because last year i got a Up to remark just after fight he gave me.. Same thing said to me terminate ho jaoge khuch nahi milega abscond kar denge bla bla. Never gave company too much time. Left the company when you feel it's enough.
