In Cognizant they give 28 days virtual (while still in project) bench time + 28 days grace period (bench aging does not start) + 35 days bench aging period if you do not have any location or shift or role constraint. The 35 days bench period will reduce to 17 days if you have any constraint. P.S. This was relevant until June. Not sure what happened after that. Also, this is applicable for existing Cognizant employees. Not sure about the rules for new joiners.

Bhai mere, 55 din hoga. But logo ko 35 din me nikala ja rha hai. Mai 20 se jada logo se bat kr chuka hu. Kitna bench time mil rha hai. Mujhe pata hai bhai. 10 se jada logo ke nikla diya gya. Jinse maine bat kiya hai. So or kitane honge.

infosys ko sab gali de te hain.....lekin now I am realizing that Infosys is way way better than these companies.....in Infosys even if you are on bench...you are allowed to contribute in what is called "accelerate" programs ...these are small and temporary projects that are posted on the portal by project managers...and they are easy....say like fixing bugs...or adding a small feature in their projects....and if u contribute their.....then even if you are on bench the portal will register utilization for your profile....also u can take courses from lex and learn and that u can show the HR that u are not sitting ideal but upskilling urself....

Please don't abscond. This will create issues in Future since your pf will get created and they will not put an end date. Hence causing dual employment. Never ever abscond. Properly resign and serve the notice period

Not sure why it is paid for 1 day even though I have 19 el 1 el got reverted after resign and organisation it's self sent mail as wave of the notice period.I think CTS has el policy for vacation leaves.any clarity on this

Bro, it depends upon your current projects. If you are working on proj. So its not possible in 30 days. If you are on a bench, yes it is possible.
