Wooooo! Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! It was a great way to start our stay in Zion! The Pa’rus trail should also get an honorable mention since we saw lots of folks on their bikes too!

I have been able to stay out 5 days and still have water and sewage room, that is with one shower…..have not pushed to the limit yet. Bringing extra water and a using a dish pan are great ideas….thanks

The perfect list and enjoying the series….don’t forget the side walls that are available for the moon shade, I have found them very useful for privacy, blocking wind/rain and for more shade….

Walk around inspection is so important. I cannot tell you how many times i have found a nail in one of the tires, check all tires including the tow vehicle. Also check inside to make sure the water pump is off and the refrirefrigerator doors are clicked shut.

Agreed! The short time you spend to inspect your Airstream/RV and your tow vehicle will save you money and grief down the road!

We have been Airstream’ing now for 6 years and i am still learning even after logging over 65,000 miles. But I just make the learning as part of my enjoyment of owning the Airstream. We started out with a 25’ Flying Cloud and a year later purchased a 30’ International back in 2019. Just have fun, as you are doing now.

Hi, we got our Basecamp this past weekend. Yeah!! Your videos have been so helpful. I have a question and you may have already talked about it but I couldn’t find it. So, what size comforter or bedspread did y’all buy? I’m going to keep the bed large and wanted something nice but concerned a king size would have too much overhang. Any suggestions will help. Thank you.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out, glad these videos have been helpful. For our bed setup we have a king duvet and cover and king sheets. There is definitely overhang, but you can simply just tuck under the excess since everything lifts up. Welcome to the fam! We put out videos every Sunday, hope to hear from you again! 🏕️

I have these lights in my Airstream. They're incredible, good price, easy to install and an all around great product. I put one on my trailer tongue to use as an outdoor motion detector. The magnets are very strong...

What affect do the clamps have on the molding? Do you have to remove a section of molding for the clamps, or do you just compress it?

Hi! Yes, you will have to remove portions of the black molding that’s in kedar railing. We cut just a little piece of it then replaced it around the clips. We leave the clamps in full time.

Hey guys, good tips! I''ve been observing and trying to see if anyone has had ideas for adding some custom shelves, say 6" or so from the ceiling. The standard racks are okay, but I think more wardrobe for folding stuff would be handy. Thanks for your sharing.

We hired an RV in Canada last year it was such a wonderful experience. Next year we are looking at shipping our own motorhome over for a year!! This is super exciting for us. We have already visited 27 states but we werent vlogging then!! Thanks for sharing a lovely vlog :)

Well done, great tips…I do keep a journal, I especially keep notes on the campground and favorite sites for future trips, area sightseeing, hikes, restaurants etc. I do not seem to meet a lot of people but I do have a cute square business card made with my email address and picture of my airstream to give to people I did meet to keep in touch with. I do not share phone or address just emails to stay in touch.

Excellent job Evan describing the planning and process.< it was exact;y my experience when I purchased my BC16. I would remind everyone that an Airstream dealership is the only way to go, or if you buy from a private owner attaching yourself to a dealership for repairs etc. There are RV dealerships that will have some inventory of Air Streams with other brands….this is not an AS dealership.
