But that's not true you can sit on a sidewalk and as long as what you're making is good, and beneficial to someone's business, they'll ask if they can get your services or products However, it is much faster or easier to build rapport or a relationship, than to build a whole career of good, quality work and have people like your work (or see your work!) and ask you to work for / with them

I've trained BJJ for over a decade and I recommend you drop your reps to 2-8 range. The stronger you are, the less you have to use your strength capacity, for rolling. If you build yourself for stamina in mind and you lack maximum strength, you will be using higher percentage of your available strength, for simple things. This causes you to run out of strength too fast. You want maximum strength, and learn to time that max strength. Besides that, you use only small % of your max strength to HOLD the positions. That does not require massive stamina. Holds require good weight distribution, hooks and leverages. Transitioning between positions is more of cardio and mobility. You don't really need "strength stamina". If you find yourself squeezing too much or using all your power just to hold, you are just doing it wrong.

Generally, it's not so much your cardio that sucks as a new person. It's your efficiency. Getting better at bjj will improve your use of energy in the right places at the right times and make it seem like more experienced people have syper human gas tanks. Usually they are just remembering to breath lol. Happy rolling!

Investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. I've learned this from my own experience. If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

How can one find a verifiable financial planner? I would not mind looking up the professional that helped you. I will be retiring in two years and I might need some management on my much larger portfolio. Don't want to take any chances.

You know what's funny, I've had the same experience with that movie only it was a different move. This is where Hercules performed what might be compared to a Superman punch with a sword in the fight with Hector i believe. It's stuck in my head the moment I saw it.

A-c-q-u-i-r-e (see "business card scene" in American Psycho; everybody's Pierce & Pierce business card similarly misspells ACQUISITIONS as "Aquisitions". Sound out the word: "ACK-KWIZITION" = AC + QUISITION.

Good analysis. Started BJJ 13 years ago overweight and out of shape. BJJ is a superpower over others and will humble the best of us. While many gyms just train the grappling aspect, it's important to also incorporate striking on and off the ground for defense purposes. When rolling, you have the ability to put people in situations where they can't defend themselves, allowing you to do anything you want.

You uploaded 3 videos in the last year and got about 6k views on them. It seems more like a hobby than a business, in which case it's not allowed to use the expenses as a tax deduction. Also, the advice in this video is useless. Obviously the debt is not a real problem to pay if 40k is 2 months of your income and it's not accruing interest. You have no need for a real job with this wonderful instagram life taking vacations all the time and using business debt and deducting everything from taxes. You live in a fantasy. The reality for most Americans is that they will suffer for years doing honest work to pay their debts.

I think striking the shield as he did was an impractical use of a sword to most people and I think that is easily comparable because of the way you are able to use every single aspect of your body to get a one up on someone in jujistu.
