This made me realize i most anime doesn’t feature muscle women, or women in legging shorts or tattoos.

If you're wondering how they were able to build towers like that a thousand years ago and they're still standing and people can't build a two-story house in the United States or in you know newer countries it's because in the construction they didn't use metal one of the things that destroys modern-day buildings is when they put rebar in the concrete will yes it makes it strong but that rebar also is a built-in weakness because what happens when it freezes and contracts and water gets into those cracks as its expanding and Contracting and after a little bit of time goes by what happens the remarks away and it loses its integral strength and believe it or not but the reason why like the Roman Colosseum in all of those buildings from that time or still standing in better condition than a lot of buildings you know in modern day it's because they didn't use metal😊

A great illustration of the precise degree of both connection and disconnection between performance and "looks". Yeah, they're not "fat", but they also are not shredded Greek statues either. Just "husky". Looks aren't bad either if you truly want them, but they have a nasty habit of becoming expectations and enforcing insecurity, making it hard to say whether you want them because _you_ really want them or you were just told to by a fucked-up society's fucked-up media. Honestly, unless you really have thought about it, most people would be best off training for longevity first, strength second, and looks third. Also we need less machines and more manual lifestyle generally. Machines should be to extend the reach of human capability, not to replace it altogether so that the human gets soft in the body.

It is like a Japanese Valhalla or something (If you dont know, females are both bar maidens and bouncers in Valhalla, while Odin is the boss).

25:31 not gonna lie I underestimated the japanese stone lifter at first. He looked incredibly tiny in that shirt. But at 25:31 he proves his strength and shows he has more mass than we thought. I guess I was too quick to judge.

Its crazy how much societies around the world use to value fitness and today its borderline stigmatized by half of America. It isn't valued really at all by the general population eventhough the science is showing more and more health benefits, longevity benefits, mental health benefits etc. And I really think most of it is laziness. People draw a false sense of pride these days from watching their favorite football team win or beating a boss with their fictional avatar on a video game instead of actually going outside or going to the gym or shooting range, dojo etc to be a real bad ass like every male deep down wants to be. Or some will get their pride by how much alcohol they can drink or how lifted their truck is. Everyone draws artificial pride from superficial sources or takes drugs or drinks and smokes to get a dopamine release to replace the dopamine a man gets naturally from real accomplishment. Same thing with porn and women, and the desire for women is another one of the biggest drivers of male ambition and work ethic, its often a conscious motivator but it's always an unconscious involuntary evolutionary motivator. But if a man gets a new rank on call of duty or his favorite team wins the superbowl then he goes and jerks off to porn then he goes to bed and wakes up with all his natural desires satisfied artificially and then the satisfaction is also short lived but it's easy. Then the further they fall into that trap the harder it is mentally and physically to get out of it.

Lol holy shit, I'm no medical expert but I just finished EMT school and did some working ride alongs. We'd start prioritizing giving oxygen at like 97%. 86% would scare us. Even a Google search says seek immediate medical attention at 88% and y'all are like "nahh let's go lift giant stones" 😂

Hard to imagine Bibby's arms and shoulders are that big without roads. Especially when you looked at him in mid 2000s. Can't be natural.
