It’s a very clever recipe with the bone marrow chopped down and hidden in the risotto. That was a very good looking risotto. I think Monica is telling the truth that it’s better.

A teenager working at a burger joint can give me a more satisfying meal in a fraction of the cost and time than it takes these french pansies to prepare one of their pretentious meals.

Very surprised to learn that Monsieur Roux Sr wasn’t a fan of coriander! It’s my favourite herb by far! The taste, smell, colour and depth coriander brings to a dish is unmatched!

The pain, of inheritting a legacy is so burdenful, and yet on the surface everyone percieves it as a gift/entitlement. Takes a tough individual to take it, and steer its horns.

I don't get it. "Artificial" fertilizer is produced the exact same way as the clover fertilizer by using the Haber process. It pulls nitrogen and hydrogen out of the air to make ammonia.

Hello Chef, It must be hard to sustain things at that level as you grow older and want to back off. I served in the Army for many years and just want an easy life now looking to retirement. Poor or not who cares. What's important is the memories we have and what we can impart on others. Much Love, Stevie in Fife.

He comes across as overbearing rather than a doting father. I can see why she did not want to take over Le Gavroche from him, there would have been no escape from his questions and "advice".

Oh get lost you miserable person. They have a wonderful, loving relationship that has been demonstrated countless times via their social media pages and interviews. She always said that she wanted to do her own thing with her husband. And that ‘advice’ which you seem to think is so overbearing is invaluable advice from one of the world’s greatest chefs, something invaluable for a trainee chef. Trainee chefs would literally do anything to have him show them the ropes. He isn’t being overbearing or toxic, he is doing exactly what a father should do, give his daughter the best training, knowledge and start in life. Something that she is on record as being immensely grateful for. The only overbearing and toxic person here is you. Get help.
