When I was little in 2003, I had the my scene Chelsea doll back to school one. She came with two complete outfits. My sisters had the same back to school line but one had Barbie and the other Madison so we each had the 3 different dolls

I'm going to get Violet and Bella someone online put a photo up of bella, and they cut off the part of the skirt with all the powder in it and it actually looked good so I'm going to do that too as I don't know if that powder would come out one day if the fabric breaks down plus I hate the colours of the powders. I love the dolls, though. Great review. You are very brave opening that glitter and sand in your doll room im so ocd I will just be giving away or selling all that gimmicky sand stuff.

Would like the outfit if she had pockets…lovely hair, but the pixelated faces aren’t something I’m eager to add to a collection. I think my pick of this series is the one with the prosthetic pink leg!

What do you use to seal your cracked fake pleather? I got so much of this still that needs repair, but I'm never sure what to use.

I think from all the my scene dolls Barbie is the one i actually think I like more than the og, her face is so pretty!! she’s super gorgeous, Delanceys new outfit is also amazing.

They’re gorgeous, and I haven’t collected dolls in a minute, it’s pretty disappointing how newer dolls just have plastic accessories, and not cloth ones where you can interact with them. For example like the purse could be a cloth one where you can open and close it. Sad that’s changed :( makes it less interactive, and not as fun.

Myscene was such that girl when it first released. I thought the dolls were perfection and the faces were the most gorgeous ive seen. I would have much rather a full reproduction. The new girls just had this off and incomplete feeling especially when the brand was first established they were huge for their "two outfits minimum" and the new girls face mold are changed very subtly but just enough for them to feel off. Not a good way to introduce them to a new generation

I love the Fiyero doll. I was bummed that the Christmas surprise from my mom was ruined because the box it was shipped in was torn. So, yay early but boo to ups’s shipping skills.

Cool collections. NYC is a tough place to collect. I live in a room and have decided to commit to the bit. I live in a doll house now...A lot of these remind me of my childhood. I had the Spice Girls, loved Posh and Scary thought they looked the most like the actually girls! My sister had the Mary Kate and Ashleys. I wanted that Selena doll sooooooo badly as a kid, but my mom wouldn't get her for me. That's probably because I liked to "customize" my dolls by giving them haircuts, and marker dye jobs...AHAHHAHA. I did keep my vintage repos pristine tho and still have them! Fascinating to see how good the quality of the clothes were back then. Wish I still had them.

I guess Jonny Bailey wears blue contacts in the movie (? haven't seen it yet) cause the doll has blue eyes. I repainted my doll with brown eyes and repainted over his hair with all dark brown and now he looks much more like Anthony Bridgerton.
