the NYAR is stupid for not letting them use the branch, they used to own it. also the only train that would really use it around that time is RS80. how ever that isnt untill atleast 8

No. The job was abolished several years ago. There is only a night local out of Oak Point these days. L017 (formerly B750). Burnwell moved out years ago as well.
