@@RosalieBrownFit Thank you for your response but my sister just bought the bike brand new so do not understand how it could need a fresh battery. Instructions are a video with no sound which made putting it together a challenge. We did figure out that it had to be plugged in and have tried that now but still cannot get the chair to move forward. At a loss because she spent a lot of money on this and she cannot enjoy it 😞

Where’s the bunny slippers? I clicked on this to see her bunny slippers! By the way, I also have a Cubii Jr. and it’s the best thing since sliced bread. Except I use it while sitting on the couch reading or crocheting. Too lazy to do anything involving weights🙄…

@@TLenahan_DoodleMom It’s best to perform lower body exercises suggested by your dr or physical therapist. Focus more attention on your upper body . You may find a position or reduced range of motion that works for you. Your dr could suggest a solution

What a great workout! A question about the dip bars... Do you ever have a need to detach them from your Total Gym? I mean, are they ever in the way?

@@forevaold depends on what exercises you are doing and the size of the person . They may get in the way when doing side squats and may reduce range of motion when doing cable exercises.

@@RosalieBrownFit Thank you for the in-depth reply! Currently my Total Gym doesn't support dip bars, but I'm thinking about a hack that would allow me to attach them... Now I know I'd better do it in a way that would make it easy to remove them also :) Your Total Gym workouts are very inspiring,

@@RosalieBrownFit I have Total Gym 1000, dating back 30 years... However, I'm anyway in the process of modifying it; I just posted a video of my enhanced glideboard. Next, I think I'll work on the rails. I certainly want to get dip bars for my Total Gym!

i unpacked mine and 1 side knob to but the bars up is so tight i cant turn it the other knob is loose, any tips, I did a call to number in box but not open, I wanted to test it out today :(

@@mokkamellb6811 you have to turn it in the opposite direction… not righty tightly lefty loosely… other way. Right side IS righty tightt lefty loosy…left side is opposite

@@RosalieBrownFit Thanks Rosalie, thats what i was doing. hint for everyone have it standing upright, i had mine still laying on floor and was having a difficult time ,, getting old LOL. Then lifted it up for a break. then thought of having it standing up.thanks so much for your super duper fast response!!! my 91 year old dad was helping me set it up. It runs great love it so far!
