Those hub caps are from a '69. As for the miles, maybe. My 2000 Silverado has 21,440 miles.

This is one of the best truck around I would keep it forever never park it outside I would build a bunker to store it in they don't build them like this no more this thing in great condition for the age of it only thing I would up date on it is the electronic ignition do away with the point s in it

My first truck was a Chevy 1962 C - 20 with a four speed granny gear , and a 283 , top speed was 85 mph .😊

I first learned to drive in a '66 Chevy C20 4sp with the 283 V8. I was 14 yrs old, and I was allowed to drive it from pasture to pasture on Farm to Market roads when we were hauling hay and feeding cattle. Loved that truck!

I just replaced my sensor and thermostat a few minutes ago. I had to remove the negative battery cable for a few minutes and it reset everything, including the fan.

SMH, no this is an American truck not a Canadian truck. K is used as a common reference to thousands. I.e. thousands of miles.
