36:00 How to be a loser checklist: 1. Only do the very minimum at work, and waste as much time as possible. 2. Don't have any goals for the future. Instead, take orders from people who do have goals for the future. 3. Be very poor at your work, don't try to improve. Never become known as being good at your work. 4. Complain about your boss, your company, your coworkers, and don't forget: politics. 5. Don't manage your time well. Don't plan your days, do whatever happens during the day. 6. And last but not least: Be very critical. Be critical about yourself, and more importantly, be critical about others.

I love David Burns. He’s a genuine caring human being. His books have helped me get rid of a serious depression. When I find I’m not feeling well psychologically, I reread and do the work to identify and talk back to distortions that are making me upset. It’s amazing how quickly your perspective will come back to equilibrium when you do this. I highly recommend Feeling Good Handbook;it’ll change the way you think. The Feeling Good Podcast is enlightening as well.
