Keys to leadership - Robert Dilts

David Laroche is interviewing Robert Dilts an amazing guy , the author of the book « être coach » . He is both an author, writer and one of the founder of the Neuro-Language Processing. According to him, NLP is a model and basically a set of skill that we can use to success in different areas in life, it’s a filter on the world. His main job is to bring our body to generative state to have a lot of possibilities, in case to be creative, and innovative. About finding how people are successful. To help people, he uses all these questions : « What are your goals, what are your feedback according to your goals, what to you do to get to them, and finally what will happens when you continue working on it. »

Great! Thank you for this. The Robert Dilts Model is great. My mentor Joseph Rodrigues taught it to me in an excellent way. I am only at the beginning of putting it into action. For me the Vision had to come first. Now it's time to bring my mission out into the world by acting it out. Although I don't know exactly how this will manifest, I know my Intuition will lead me to its fulfilment by flow of action. I definitely need some more skills and capabilities. In life my intuition always brought me what was needed at the right time. LOVE!

Work hard. Learn more. Learn better. Work hard. Learn even more. Visualize.Feel it. Feel it already there. Never give up. Work more. And then the moment come. It might take 3 or 10 years. But that's the work you have to do.
