Hello broda May I know how did you edit this video? Specially, how do you put your face in that bubble while showing the slides? I'm doing a series of presentations in college and I'd like to them like this but, not gonna lie, i dunno anything at all about editing or computing, I'm not bill gates

make your videos shorter 4-7 mins and stop copy pasting ur thumbnails u won't get views that way. also intro needs improvement there is too much info on the screen, the text should be readable on autopilot, face cam is distracting u also don't need to say the content of the vid for a whole 2 minutes because people already know from the title, get straight to the point instead. advertising your course / community should come after you convinced viewers with useful info, not in a intro... use all your strongest weapons as early in the vid as possible. video idea is very basic it doesn't stand out people would just watch someone else.

I'm super underweight (I'm talking 20kg) I started hitting the gym 4 days ago and about a month ago I started eating like crazy I haven't gained any noticable weight but my muscles are starting to grow I also started taking creatine monohydrate 3 days ago

So, I have always been overweight. Hit the gym every once in a while. At 5’8 my lean mass was 158 lbs. I ended up going through depression and starved myself and lost about 8 pounds of that lean mass, but also dropped 32 pounds of fat. When I finally checked back in, I started dieting and hitting the gym and within my first month I put back 5 lbs of lean muscle and lost 2 pounds of fat.

To build muscle faster you need to be in a calorie surplus though, maintenance recomposition takes way longer, yes you might gain more fat but you get way more muscle than when just doing the 1800 maintenance. Lean bulking is the way for most guys who arent obese

very educative video, well put together. i really like the way you explain things. the only thing i dont agree with is that a 500-700 calorie deficit is quite too big, dont you think? it might be too much.

After training with and without supplements I can definitely say that the placebo effect helps, I take a pre workout without caffeine and in the back of my head it pushes me to do more. Same thing with creatine, you feel like because you’re taking it you should push for that one last extra rep and surprisingly as time passes it’s those small extras that will add up to visible progress. Good luck to everybody!

One question, how does things work if you were fit years ago and you are coming back. I already have some body built from the time I was an athlete I obviously I'm no near how I looked at the time, but my arms, legs and back are more developed than the average. Does muscle memory comes into play? Because I definitely had a surprise when I realized the workouts weren't as bad as I tought they would be.
@marius250
@marius250 2 ай бұрын
Yesss for sure! Once you have a muscular body, it doesn't matter how long you take a break from the gym! When you start working out again, you'll see progress from week to week, very quickly, until you get back to the shape you were in years ago. Muscle memory is real.

Newest studies show that even just eating 2 big meals is enough to gain the same amount of muscles. So I'd stick with 3 medium sized meals. Sleep is also very important. You should sleep more than 7 hours.

6 Months? LOL! Yea, sure, you go with that. To everyone else, unless you are on pharmaceuticals or have INSANE genetics, this is total BS. You can make improvement sure, but "dream body" no. More like 1-2 years for the vast majority.
