very educative video, well put together. i really like the way you explain things. the only thing i dont agree with is that a 500-700 calorie deficit is quite too big, dont you think? it might be too much.

To build muscle faster you need to be in a calorie surplus though, maintenance recomposition takes way longer, yes you might gain more fat but you get way more muscle than when just doing the 1800 maintenance. Lean bulking is the way for most guys who arent obese
