Don’t get your hopes up, depend per person, how much you go and how much you change your diet. For me it took 3 months to only see gains for myself and then another 2 for other people to notice.

You dont eat less eating less actually makes u gain fat because you dont take in your usual nutrient deposit causing your fat to increase . Stop spreading misinformation , eat whatever you want. In order to be skinny and buff you have to eat AND exercise not NOT eat
