About JB:
JB is an ACSM certified personal trainer with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology. He is also a former nationally qualified men’s physique competitor with knowledge of bodybuilding.
JB was involved in various sports as a child, specifically basketball and football, which he continued through high school. JB started his exercise regimen when he was 15 years old.

Great video! I'm a beginner and Got my resistance band kit and was confused on how it works and how to attach everything. You explain how to use and attach very well. I was frustrated and just set it aside thanks to your wonderful video I'm excited to start using my resistance kit. Thank you!

You door anchor should on the reverse side of the door or at least at the hinges. These ways are to less likely cause damage to the door.

good video demonstrating how to use Xcords. I use mine mostly at chest height with the door anchor through the doorknob side of the door. one person advised to LOCK the door from YOUR side to prevent a person on the other side from OPENING the door while you are using the Xcords, otherwise you might end up flying across the room when they open the door!!

@VPN Rocks if they stick the paper clip end into the tiny hole in the centre of the handle then fill that hole with hardening glue.

Absolutely. You will either have to use the heavy bands, stack multiple bands, or do lots of reps to target the lats properly because the back is the 2nd largest muscle group.

. _Thanks , it's a good video._ _One advise from someone , me, that do exercises regularly with bands; and it is that if you put your bands through the belt of the anchor they will be cut or seriously damaged eventually as a result of the continous grazes while you work out on a daily basis; so , the solution is to put at the anchor a carabiner , and the bands must pass through that carabiner ( it has to be bigger than the medium size, 20 or 30 cm. more or less ). This way your bands won't be damaged. ( Sorry, English is not my mother -language tongue, but my intention is to prevent you all about this matter )._ .

Great video, especially the door attachment. One thing though: isn't there a chance when pulling the band that the door will also pull open?

Great question. The best way to avoid the door opening is to pull from opposite the side that the door opens.
