I have been doing this daily the last few weeks and, wow, what a difference! Face slimmed, jowls gone, cheeks lifted, lips plump, eye bags and circles gone! Im 45 and want to keep it all natural. Thank you lovely, Abigail!! It would be great if you posted more versions of the 10 minute, face lifting massage with talking. I love hearing your voice guiding me so I dont have to look down at the phone.
