Hello Abigail, Hope you are well. I'm 34+. I have skin concerns like sleep wrinkles, few fine lines and noticing my skin started sagging a bit. What device should I use for my face EMS, microcurrent, RF, LED or something else? ? I have never used any device before.

Do you think this is better than regular face lifting massages? If it's mostly about giving your face a workout, can that be done with face yoga instead?

great question! So no, this device isnt working on the muscles, tissue and blood flow in the same way as massage or face yoga. They can work really well together, the electric current is stimulating more cell energy and supports in a different way

Abigail, I adore you! I cannot recommend your book highly enough! OK, so here's my question: I just ordered this -- thanks for the discount! Would you still use your nuface with it on alternate days? I do like the nuface ele attatchment for around the eyes and lips, do you think that is safe to use on the same day after this treatment? Has this replaced the other devices in your routine?

great questions - so this is similar to the nuface, however you will find the feeling of this is very different, as in the sensation, which does take some getting used to, but once you do I actually like it! SO you could use on alternate days and still use all the attachments you have for the eye area. I like to switch up my gadgets and massage methods so I use things on rotations so my skin is getting a good mix of different stimulation and regeneration

Hi Abigail, Love your videos. Thank you. Could help clear up some confusion I have about the Age R medicube device? Is it better or more effective than using a micro current device? I saw someone say recently that electric muscle stimulation devices like the AgeR deplete ATP whereas the micro current devices do not. Is this accurate? I am mid fifties with clear, good skin but going south in the sag department and Im looking to improve that. Thanks in advance.

I have a similar device it is called Pulse Massager by YEAMON it says on the box that it's German technology 4D intelligence, whatever that means? But this little device will shock the you know what off of my face!! When I use along the jawline, close to my ear, my shoulders jump and twitch and that's if I put it on level one! And it hurts my teeth through to my jaw, so I'm not sure if this is normal or not? I'm actually too scared to try it on any higher level. And I really don't know if it's safe to use on my neck. Do you know anything about this device?

I am so glad you reviewed this device. It sounds great and I want one for myself! I also want their Collagen Stimulating Age-R Ussera Deep Shot device, which uses ultrasound + high frequency. Do I Need both? I can use both devices, right? Just not on the same day? I assume, with the heat device, that I should restrict its use to once or twice a month? I do have your book, just started it. It is Amazing and full of information that I want to know. It saves me from having to visit multiple websites to dig this information out myself. I look at the book as an investment.
