HIIIII! i went to japan last month and these sevel eggs are keep coming to my mind. So i search for the recipe and found your video. I try it last night with duck egg and it taste delicious! But it only taste salty (obviously). But i remember the sevel eggs also have umami flavor in it. Just wondering is it possible to put beef stock or msg into the saline water? Will it penetrate inside the egg? I think i will try it next week 😅

Tatsuta patties are minced with chuncky pieces. Key to the karaage Tatsuta is that coating of potato starch. McDonald’s also use a slight batter. I tried that but gets a better look with the potato starch only.
