Do you perhaps happen to have a list of spices you could use as replacement? The one you used isn't available in my country.

1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 teaspoons dried sage 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes ( optional) 1 pinch ground cloves 800 g ground pork

@@herihelke729 I think it’s called “ breakfast sausage” sometimes there are versions with maple syrup in it etc.

@@herihelke729 yep just add the spices to the meat. Fry a small piece to see if the spices are alright. If too weak add a bit more to suit your taste.

Are the Sausage McMuffins in Japan made using pork mince? "ground pork" for the Yanks! If like other countries that use beef, then substitute beef mince in place of the pork mince.

Pork sausage so I guess American style breakfast sausage. With none of the funky US chemicals I think. A lot of that is banned here.

@@bentobuster6995 yeah American fastfood is full of chemicals. Thankfully I live in Australia where the food quality is among the best in the World. That said, our Mc Muffins are beef based.
