Rafa I found your channel because I am looking into the problems of travel at this time in history. Travel and tourism are changing AND changing the world in dark ways. There are so many videos now telling people to avoid traditionally classic tourist destinations. And that's because the crush of tourism is changing them. I am a American living in Tbilisi Georgia in the Caucasus. Fortunately tourism isn't crazy here. But it does have an effect. I don't hang out much with the digital nomads or expats. I don't like the way they look at the places they are passing through. I am here to be part of Georgia, not to be among the people who simply travel from place to place without a home. I recently made a list ranking tourists and travelers. Who are the worst? What kind of traveler is the best? I put digital nomads near the middle. They are better than cruise ships passengers. Yet they rarely connect with the countries they are in. They like the big WOW moments, but don't understand the complexities, and they have no commitments. Life without commitment is empty. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You are right to stop and question what you have been doing. I often think the main point of travel is to return to your own bed.
