I have this house, except ours is a 1999 model, but the exact same layout/floor plan. Its 23 yrs old now and barely starting to show its age. Will be gutting the master bath next year to repair flooring from the crappy shower doors that allowed water to sprinkle out and seep under the linoleum. All toilets need replacing due to age and even though I like our kitchen, there definitely needs more cabinets in the kitchen. That breakfast nook area is pretty small and if you put a table there, it doesn't leave a lot of room to get to the laundry room so there should have been pantry cabinets on either side of the nook window side just to provide more cabinet storage.
