When ppl say newly renovated/ remolded & you can't really see a difference usually means they only done just enough to get by... The price NO!!!! MAYBE round $30,000.... From a video it looks ok but a home always had to seen in person ( my opinion)..

Robert.....perhaps I was a bit too harsh. But..........I hope the perspective buyer owns land. Otherwise, one is stuck with the mobile home payment and..... The rental lot payment. Rental lots payments in Austin run about $400-$550/month.

June 20th 2018 you said this mobile home is a year 2000 you're displaying it in 2015 and you don't take the consideration of bringing any light into there for in the future I wouldn't do business with you.
