I had a 2 day period 10 days before I was due to start my period. It was not as heavy as normal but heavier than I thought implantation should be. My period is actually his in a few days. I’m not sure what to expect. I usually bleed for 4 days and I’m always regular I go around 28 day cycles. This time it was 10 days early and only 2 days. Very little tissue. I didn’t feel it coming h like I usually do.

Ok i finally feel better that I’m not the only one going crazy lol. My period is very normal and is always on time . But for some reason this month my period was late two days . Then i started spotting so I was like yup this is my period. BUT noooo i started spotting 2 days with light pink and rust brown and then it stopped. Got a few negatives , slight positives and now I’m waiting a few more days to test again… I just want to know at this point cause your girl is stressed out 😂😂😂

I had protected sex last month (with a condom) .... I got my periods on time ... There was dark red think blood ... But still not enough to feel a pad .. the blood only came out flowing when I applied pressure while peeing and pooping.... And they lasted only for 2 days... I'm scared .... Am I pregnant?

I did a 6 week hypnobirthing program during my pregnancy. When I went into labor I listened to the your birth time track but it didn't work. I felt everything I couldn't get under hypnosis. I was religious about the tapes every day my entire pregnancy. Why didn't it work for me? I'm also an avid meditatior for years!

I’ve had a bit of spotting for 4 days in a row. The first day it was bright red just when I wiped, but it was a week and a half before my period is due. Pregnancy tests are still negative but my period is due in a few days so I guess we’ll see. I’ve never spotted so soon before my period before so it’s really weird.

Hi. I'm Italian, I live in Italy as well. Both my husband and I are Italians and nobody around us speaks English which is my target language. I'm not proficient in English and not confident while taking in English. My almost 4 yo daughter has started to use English more and more and I started (and it's what I've been doing since she was 2.5 yo) mixing Italian and English because I'm not able to speak in full sentences unless it's something really easy like "look at the sky, it's a sunny day" but more than that it's a struggle to me. Even though I mix the languages she differentiate between the two languages. Our process it's gonna take way more time but it's better than doing nothing in my opinion. She goes to school 3 hours a day and her teacher is an English native speaker so now she can start to hear proper English..

what could be going on with me.. After i had sex with this man, i had spotting in between periods like i’ve never had before which was rustic-pink-brown and wasn’t there for a few minutes to not at all. then i thought i got “my period” which was a deeper red/bright but when i fully examined it it’s been lighter than my usual periods, barely any clots and no cramps only prior to the “period” and my right side keeps aching ever since. my temperature today is 98.9.. i took a pregnancy test too soon so now i don’t know what to think. i had extreme fatigue, was super thirsty, and went to the bathroom a lot; i also was hungrier but now i don’t have the appetite as much. what’s the meaning? im 24…

The internet and most Dr.s will tell you that implantation bleeding is not heavy, dark red or anything like a period. With my 4th baby, I thought what I had was my period. I bleed for 3-4 days. Maybe 3 days early? I averaged 28-32 days anyhow. But it was just like a period. Needed tampons and all. When I found out about him I was already 7 weeks along.

I have had extreme exhaustion and sore legs and back these past few weeks. My period was three days late and I have had 3-4 days of light spotting instead. I took a dollar tree pregnancy test two days before my expected period and got bfn. Now 3 days late I bought a couple of tests and got a faint positive on one. The things is I mistakenly got the blue dye ones. I don’t know if it’s a true positive or not. I still have yet to take the other test which is a digital kind but I will take it tomorrow morning. Wish me luck. I have had 3 pregnancies and have never spotted like this. Usually it just lasts one day and that’s it. I wish I would have gotten the pink dye tests.

How did you use hypno birthing for c-section?
@BirthLikeABoss
@BirthLikeABoss 3 жыл бұрын
Oh this is such a good question that I would need to make a full video about! Thank you for asking 😀 But essentially the same techniques are required for creating a bubble of zen to manage external stress abs internal fears so you don’t go into down the FTP and panic. There are different fears associated with c-section of course and so the techniques are slightly adapted and the visualisations are adaptations that I learned from expert midwife Ariane Seccia. Are you having a c-section yourself?

@@BirthLikeABoss Not if baby comes before week 41 :) But then we will have to evict, because my body reacted reluctantly to induction the first time, so we won't try that again. I wondered how hypno birthing could help, but yes, the staying zen and being present is probably the main thing. I would be interested in a video though, if you want to make one about it.

@@BirthLikeABoss look up Dr. John Lee. He was a pioneer for natural progesterone cream and prescribed it successfully and taught so many doctors and pharmacists about it. I just ordered some of his books.. currently reading “hormone balance made simple” it’s such a easy read and very educational. I’ve only been using progesterone cream now for two and a half months but it has cured my long term bleeding and I’ve started ovulating again... and the skin my skin my face is smooth, my blood pressure improved, sleep issues gone.. I had no clue what all was effected my hormones being out of balance and especially my mood. This isn’t even something you have to use long term once you are in balance but it has been a total God send for me.

Yeah isn’t it funny how in different cultures and countries the advice varies a lot. Think of it as local advice for local food and local food health regulations so go with what is relevant to your country and be aware if travelling and eating in our countries if their standards are good for you as ultimately it’s always yourself who is the best judge for your personal circumstances x

The new identity of a mother... that resonates! Everything about being a daughter comes rushing into our heads and if we didn’t have the greatest relationship with our parents, that can bring up a lot of past traumas you thought you had already dealt with or remember things you had forgotten. Also I had tried hypnosis thing techniques from books and apps but it didn’t help me at all with birth confide, I was constantly self editing! Wish I had known about you 2 years ago!!! 🤨🤪
