Thank you so much for this video! I had doubts about me being able to meditate. But I had a very bad unwanted memories and with this meditation I let them all out with tears in my eyes but smile on my face! Not that I don't remember what have happened in the past, but finally feel like it's not going to affect me in future. Thank you again!

I have been listening to this guided meditation several times but I have no idea what the content is. I fall asleep as soon as we are in the field and wake up to « I hope you enjoyed this guided meditation ». Let’s hope the message is good and my subconscient takes it all in! XD

Thank you so much for this, I was having panic attacks all day and this helped so so much. I was able to relax and that has never been easy for me with my personality. But can someone tell me why I was swaying throughout this? I don't know why my body was doing that but it helped. I even smiled at different points in this. Again, thank you so much.

My internal energies have been all screwed up since the start of this pregnancy (and probably long before)... they're now straighter and clearer than they've been for months, thank you! I will be listening to this at least once daily from now until birth (and maybe after!)

@@BirthLikeABoss I haven't gotten a chance to listen as much as I wanted. xD Chasing a toddler makes it more difficult. I do try and listen to it at least once a week. It does still help. If we get a financial miracle, I'm going to buy the rest of the set.

I did meditation before as well but not much. I started to do more meditation during this pregnancy. I am planning to use hypnobirthing techniques while giving birth.

Very nice meditation but it’s a bit too fast. Wish she spoke at a slower pace, would be more relaxing

I am 30 weeks pregnant of my first baby, and I plan to have a calm birth and water birth without any drug and this is just wow ! I feel so relaxed right now ! I will listen to this almost every night before bed I will be ready for labour. Thanks a lot
