I made the bread with no eggs , my lord ! It is divine so so good it’s amazing , I baked mine on a baking sheet I didn’t think it was going to spread due to how it held it’s shape I baked it for 50 minutes it spreaded a little bit . I used oat flour to replace the white rice Flour , I never bake with rice flour it’s not healthy the oat flour was a great substitution . Thank you a nice bread that can be use with any savory spread , good for breakfast too great vegan bread !

Are you sure the ingredient measurements are correct? I tried with the exact amount you put on this video and when I mixed all ingredients no t event the texture was the same! It was to dry! The I baked it and not even the result it was the same like your video! So I have my doubts!

Is there substitute for physillium husk
@RisingYeastRecipes
@RisingYeastRecipes Ай бұрын
Thanks for your question! Generally, flax seeds and chia seeds are the best substitutes, but I don't think so in this case with such a texture. It’s great to see you exploring alternatives to psyllium husk. Let me know if you try any substitutes and how they work for you! In general there is flax seed

Tried making this today. I used stevia and added chocolate chips to sweeten the cake. It tasty good but the texture was a little dry. Overall still good tho 👍🏻

I made this bread recipe, texture came out quite good but I am struggling so much to get used to the taste. Not sure if it's is the psyllium husk or the red lentils because I usualy like lentils. 🤔😔

Made this today, it was ok. Definitely only use a pinch of salt the salt was a bit too much! I also added choc chips for more sweetness which was good!

Not sure if it's going to be a problem but I cut the third banana into chunks because I wanted whole pieces throughout the loaf. I guess I'll find out in 50 minutes. LOL

@@graphicsfxcgy how'd it go?
@graphicsfxcgy
@graphicsfxcgy 2 ай бұрын
@@SergioRamirezpokemon4life@ SergioRamirezpokemon4life the mashed banana adds liquid content to the batter. Putting the third one in unmashed makes the dough dryer and it's not enough liquid to activate the baking powder properly so the cake didn't rise as much as I hoped. If I do this again I'll add chunks from a 4th banana. Also... I did it in a glass loaf pan. I bought a 2 pack of glass loaf pans and will throw them out. They're good for nothing. Next time I'll bake them in my shiny metal breadloaf pans. Regular bread comes out awesome in them. Otherwise, the flavor was great.

Hi, this recipe looks so delicious. However, I think your nutritional fact per serving is incorrect in respect of the sodium only. You have sodium as 87% / 2010 mg per serving. I think you may actually be referring to the entire cake (not per serving in the case of the sodium)? Please advise if I am correct. Tx

I like the texture of this bread, but the flavour is extremely bitter, everything I make with millet flour turns out bitter. What am I doing wrong?
@RisingYeastRecipes
@RisingYeastRecipes 5 ай бұрын
Hi, no you didn't do anything wrong, it's just millet flour. Baked bread does get a bit bitter, the intensity depends on the type of millet flour. To partially get rid of this taste, mix it with another flour, which in this case is a completely different recipe.

Hi there, baking soda is stronger than baking powder. The ratio is 1:3, so this means 1 tsp of soda is 3 tsp of baking powder.

And unless you use a pan made from metal (don't use a glass loaf pan) the outer crust will not develop and the bottom of the loaf will fall apart in moist chunks. I've come to the conclusion that glass loaf pans are good for nothing.
