May I know what kind of oats to use and if I can just make may own oat flour by running them in my food processor until they turn into a “flour” consistency? Also, should I toast my oat flour first before mixing them to the dough? Many thanks and more power.

Thanks Maria,I normally use rolled oats or quick oats and grind it in a coffee grinder, and I don t toast oats or flour.
