Could you connect the Red CIP on your keg washer instead of the spray ball, as its for low powered pumps so would probably work great connected to the washer ? I also hear you on the work shifts mate and having to upload a cluster, I get lost and mixed up sometimes. Looking forward to the Nectaron Smash, Just ordered a big bag. You keep putting in the work mate, it is appreciated by us people who like to see other brewers whilst waiting for our next hop addition. Thanks for your Advice Rick x

Bet they use Foodie flavour enhancers. I have used these in beers and they can work quite well. Think I used them last in Porters. I used to think it was cheating but a lot of smaller breweries use flavour enhancers .

What an interesting range of beers and flavours. I'm a sucker for any beer that can replicate a favourite dessert. There's a fantastic apple crumble cider made in NZ I think you'd really enjoy. No artificial type flavour. Cheers mate 🍻

NM had a time of going silly, just starting to release so good beer again. They would have been better off doing a glass of gravy 🤣

Exceptional video Rick. Love the cans, even though they're paper labels. I'm with Slurpy Dave on the Brown. The second one made me think of Apple Lindemans apple beer, formerly called Pomme. And all of the beers made me think of the Clam Chowder Saison by the great Drew Beechum (look that one up). In Drew's own words, "The literal makeup of the targeted experience isn’t the most important thing but the sensation of it is." In the recipe there's no cream, no onions, no flour, no butter, but it does have bay leaf, black peppercorns, thyme, and clam juice. Cheers! 🥩🥧🍝🍺

I stopped drinking NM beers years ago because of the false additives etc..not nice...having said that the Brown Ale seems good...Worth a video that Rick, nice one👍🍺
