Yes bottle conditioning is an art form all on its own. I bottled yesterday for the first time since I cant remember. Yes the dry stout look great, ive never brewed one but love a Guinness. Cheers.

Thanks for the video. Did you get a beer gun in the end? I’m eying them up now! I did a tropical session beer which was really nice in the keg. Then I canned a few and sent them out and some people couldn’t drink them for similar reasons to you. I never did find out the issue
