I had to stop the video at 2:56 and point out that old Bob Bryant here is single AF and probably never let a woman in that apartment. Notice the simple decor. Nothing on the walls, just a few pieces of equipment, a simple color scheme of black and white...the workout bike in the middle of the place....yeah. He's living the good life lol. I bet he can simrace all night long without getting bitched at.

One year a guy named Brian started releasing some modded tracks where the grip up top was a lot more, DaleJr liked that so the DMP server would run them a lot. So the modded dega was called TalladegaBR. B for Brian. Anyway this somehow got to Mike Joy but he didn’t understand it completely, and he brought it up in an interview with Truex I think and asked him about ‘the video game you’ve been training on, TalladegaVR’, and that’s the story of the biggest nr2003 cringe of all time.

We got two dedicated Formula One games in the Codemasters/EA game and F1 Manager, there's also only two modren Formula One cars in iRacing in the Mercedes W-12 and W-13 and I think people would also like to drive those cars competition including the Red Bulls, Ferraris, McLarens, Williams', Haas', Toro Rossos, Alpines, etc from the seasons that the W-12 and W-13 ran

Fantastic story... I love Rajah's sign off! 🤣He has wrecked a lot of people in iRacing! But man, for someone who came from nothing, with no racing background, and still to this day with very little actual racing experience to be where he is today is inspirational and I'm proud of him and happy for him. Keep diggin' Rajah!

I love seeing that old Steel Horse Racing Screen Print Dept truck with Bart Simpson on the back! I painted that truck! 🤣Bob and I were teammates for so many years, and I was always in awe of the things he could do behind the wheel. He talks a lot about race craft, and I regard Bob as the GOAT in that department. Great video!

I love these sim racing stories. people always say you're just behind a makeshift steering wheel in front of a computer, but the racing and the emotions are absolutely real!

I used to run with Bob all the time on nr2003! Amazing days. DMP was where it was at

“Drivers before then”…I built my own wheel controller in 1995 with a kid’s toy and a radio shack potentiometer. I wanted to see if having a wheel helped before I bought a “state of the art” wheel with bungee cords inside it for feedback. There was some F1 game out, but I spend most of my time in Sports Car GT

Only 4 minutes in but great video. I joined iRacing maybe 2-3 weeks ago now, right at the start of S2 Week 13, and was plugging away at the MX-5 Cup that everybody starts with and was just hating the experience. Bottom splits, Crew Chief always telling me I was 2.5+ seconds off the pace, and was driving way too carefully to even have any pace. For some reason one night I decided to try the Stock Cars and it's a whole other world - getting within higher splits consistently, getting Top 5's consistently, and actually having *fun* in iRacing now. I might still continue the Sports Car category, but I think my heart is now in Stock Cars. Do It For Dale!

Great video as always! Small request, could you or anyone in the know do a deep dive on why Atlanta still to this day has never had functioning lights for night racing? It’s a very perplexing unsolved mystery that the devs never address.

Kyle Larson's "incident" could have been referred to more explicitly without sacrificing the message of this video. He used a racial slur on a live stream, and there was good reason for his team to fold. As a Kyle Larson fan, you have even more reason to hold him accountable.

TOCA 2: Touring Cars is what got me in to racing games but at that time I used a joystick to race but I wanted a Thrustmaster Formula T2 but parents wouldnt buy me one as they said I already said I had the joystick 🤦‍♂😅

Pretty cool, met Bob back when we were racing at OnlineRacing back in the day. I painted him up a car when NR2003 came out, a Red and White CompUSA Monte Carlo. Glad to see one of the group do well in sim racing!
