Factory shop on AliExpress is where I usually get it from. It varies as far as shipping times. I've had them ship in a day and I've had them not ship for a couple weeks. And then it probably takes about 7 -10 days after it ships. They are cheapest. Then there is crossncrafts on Etsy. And she is in the UK. It's a little more expensive because of shipping but still not bad if you get a big batch. And she's quick. Usually ships within a couple days and I think it took a week or less to get to me on the east coast.

I should answer this for people in my next video! My last name is Reis. When I started my first Etsy shop I needed a quick shop name and I liked the play on words like "Reese's pieces". So, it's just a play on words from my name. :)

Hey, Regarding luca s and anchor. I also have one, but in pattern keepter you can click on top of the dmc logo and change to anchor and input the anchor number, and then it will show the correct colour, instead of all work. A bit of manual work, but it was worth it foe me
@stitchyreispeices2 ай бұрын
Ohhhhhh thank you. How do you know what the color code is?

@@cimy1261ok, thank you! I wonder if some of their pattern PDFs have them and some not. Either way, it's so much easier on pattern keeper!
@cimy12612 ай бұрын
@stitchyreispeices oh!, did you know you can do the same with dimensions kits? Send them an email and ask for the pdf? I have done it and they send it, they just want proof you have the kit. Mine didn't go into pattwrn keeper but I have heard from others that it worked. I ended up importanting with an advance option where pattern keeper assumes the pdf is images, and I just put the grids my self, and it is just a way to be able to zoom in and out and mark my stitchs, and have the pattern all together as a whole. It doesnt search, but it has helped quite a bit
@stitchyreispeices2 ай бұрын
@@cimy1261 yes! I just tried that this month! Like you said, they sent me the files but I couldn't get them to work in pattern keeper. I was bummed. The thing that really helps me is how it highlights all of a symbol so it's a bummer it didn't work.

I do tent stitch with 2 strands. 25 ct is perfect because it fills it in, but it’s not tight. I have one 28 for which I’m doing a supersize and I chose it to get the size down a little. It’s tight but ok, and looks really good and less pixelated. I tried 32 for that supersize and it was just way too small and like you said I didn’t want to work on it. Hope that helps. I always enjoy your videos and seeing what you are working on.
